Start believing in community. The one thing I think people should think about when you think about Shell Polymers is that we’re going to be differentiated in terms of our employee value proposition, how we treat our employees and our colleagues that serve and provide service to our facility. I also think that we’re going to differentiate ourselves in terms of our commitment to the community we operate in. And that includes safety, environmental stewardship, and supporting the fabric of the civic institutions in the Beaver County area. I’ve worked for Shell for over 35 years and I’ve worked in nine different manufacturing facilities. This is, for me, the ultimate reward for that time to be able to start up and be associated with one, a world-class asset. We don’t have any preconceived ideas of this is how it has to be done because it was always done that way. Everyone chose to be here, to work on this project, and so there’s a real passion to make a difference. At the end of the day it’s people doing business with people. So Shell Polymers, for us, means many parts coming together. And this is exactly what has happened with how we’ve built our business. We’ve come from many parts of the business. We’ve come externally into Shell. We really have a rock star team. We have the best from the industry working for us. I plan on ensuring that the Shell Polymers brand builds equity to the Royal Dutch Shell brand. Our RDS, or Royal Dutch Shell, brand is valued at $38 billion U.S. dollars, so everything that we do has to build the unrivaled experience. I plan on motivating the organization, the Shell Polymers company at large, making sure that they deliver the unrivaled experience in all of their work streams. So, if one works in the supply chain business, or logistics, I want to make sure they understand what that means and that they really feel like brand enthusiasts. Shell Polymers really believes in putting people first. We believe in putting our customers first. We focus on making sure that our customers know that they are not the commodity. That the product might be the commodity, but ultimately we want to feel like the Amazon or the Tesla of the polymers industry. We want working with us to feel like a seamless, seamless experience.
